Idearc never informed me that my advertising was being automatically renewed in the Verizon Yellow Pages. I was never sent a renewal contract/form nor never called to let me know that my advertising was being renewed against my wishes. When I called, not only could they not tell me who my sales rep was, they informed me that I was now responsible for another year of advertising I did not want.
