I have been a satisfied member of Sam's Club for over 15 years and used a GE Money issued Sam's Club Discover Card account as both my membership card and my credit account with Sam's since 1996s. In January 09 they dropped a $12, 000 credit line to $2, 000 (because there was an $1, 862 balance). I have good credit with no late pays anywhere--ever. They do this to try to hurt people's credit score by keeping them at 90% utilization of the available credit. Then they can turn around and say that your credit score went down... read full review »
