I was charged a data amount on my Verizon bill that I did not approve. When I finally contacted a Verizon agent they said that it was from a text messaging service/horoscope service www. myluvcrush.com. They charged 9.99 per month since October. How can I get my money back? The Verizon agent to unsubscribe me. I had not accepted the message I always erased it. I did not know that we had to reply inorder to unsubscribe.
