Bill Me Later Featured a Holiday Matching Game where you could receive up to $100 off a purchase of up to $250. After playing the game several times, I won a $25 credit toward a $100 purchase. The credit should have appeared on my statement, which it has not. After having called twice to inquire about the credit, a CSR informed me both times that he would put it in the system to investigate the credit.
