I ordered the product with the 15-day free trial. After 14 days I tried to cancel but the office was closed and so I was not able to cancel wit in the 15 days. They auto-shipped me a 30-days supply and I wanted to return the product for refund. They kept stonewalling me for the next 6 days. Sending me e-mails telling me that I did not cancel on time and that I should have read their terms and conditions. But the company gives a 15-days satisfaction guarantee on all shipments!!!
