There can be good customer reviews and bad ones. This is my experience that Iam sharing with you and I dont want this to happen to any of you. When we invest money on a new laptop we expect it to function problem free atleast for two years. But mine didnt even for one year. I got an HP laptop dv 6253 series in 2007 april.
