I bought a new computer, a phone, and the majicjack all in one day . Everything worked great EXCEPT for the majic jack. When I hooked up I tried to make a call ... "Yeah Right " all I got was breaking up noises . I tried all the troubleshooting soultions and even chatted with tech. support. They couldnt help me so I chatted with the Supervisor .After about 30 mins of trying every thing in the book I tried again . Nothing happened .. I couldnt even get it to come up . all I could get was a error message. So I took it back for a refund . My advise to anyone thinking of trying this product .." DON'T".. It sucks .
