I've had multiple Chase credit cards in the past, never late on my payments. I rarely used one of my cards, which I've had since 2002. I used it maybe 4 months ago, and a few weeks ago I noticed that it was "disappearing" from my online account when I log in. I just called them, and they have absolutely no record of my card every existed. I understand a lot of credit card companies are canceling our cards because of inactivity, but 4 months?!?!?! And, even if they canceled my card, I think I deserve at least a piece of paper... read full review »
