All too often, the DVDs I rent from Netflix are unwatchable because they get stuck at one point or another as the movie progresses, even after I've followed their directions to wipe the disc with a clean cloth. Their website offers only two options from which you can choose in this instance: they will replace, or not replace, the DVD. What I want Netflix to know is that I'm sick and tired of getting lousy DVDs from them, but they don't give you room at their website to tell them how bad their service is.
