Ordered a necklace from the company on 2nd December and paid for next day delivery. Received a confirmation e-mail of the order and that a dispatch/Royal Mail tracking number would be issued later in the day. My account was debited for the correct amount immediately. Not had anything further from the company, the telephone number for the customer helpline goes straight to voicemail and all of the e-mails sent to them have gone unanswered.
