We booked a holiday in Asia through asiarooms.com. Unfortunately, my mother died and so we had to cancel the reservation. We telephoned the telephone number on their website, which we were surpised to read was not (as stated) located in Singapore but in Thailand. The service staff was very unfriendly and unsympathetic to our story. They said "ok, ok, we refund" and when I asked how long it would take was told "soon." Two months went by and still no refund.
