hotel is diffinately not a 6 golden apple. especially lacking exceptional service. we upgrated to a better room but was very dissapointed. we were ready to move to another hotel but we became weary dealing with them and stayed. talked with other vacationers and they felt the same way. we have traveled with apple for over 15 years and have always been completely satisfied however we will consider another company next time. we took out insurance would like to know if there is any kind of re-imbursement? read full review »
