We used Charter Communications when we moved recently. This has been 2 weeks ago and we still do not have wireless internet (as promised). We are being billed for this feature though. We have spent HOURS on the phone trying to fix the problem and getting useless suggestions from poorly trained representatives. They do not seem to understand us (mostly foreign people that work there) and seem to just talk around the problem. Every tech that came to the house agreed that Charter is a total joke of a company.
