My wife received her vehicle on Friday, the initial problem seems to be rectified, but with the quality of service I have received from the Alberton branch, I cannot say for certain. However, there is now a grinding noise in the front and the brakes makes a mysterious “clack” sound when braking. On February-- I rented a 6x8 enclosed trailer from the Uhaul dealer at 594Bearses Way in Hyannis Massachusetts. My purpose for the rental was to pick up some seat cushions in New York for my antique car. When I picked up the trailer, the person at the counter could not complete the reservation because the computer was down. They had to rewrite the contract by hand. Since buying car it has been back on numerous occasions, last time it was due to the drive shaft seizing in the hub which also broke the clutch plate (which I was asked to pay for?) all the work was completed and the warranty company paid the majority I was told to pay for the new nut seal, clip and sensor, I have had the vehicle back for 2 months and now the clutch is slipping badly and at times it will not drive. We returned to Cuba and rented a car for 2 days. The rental agent told us this was high season. All the hotel staff told us it wasn’t. When we rented the car we were told it was cash only. I bought my 2009 van brand new. I have had on-going problems with the sliding doors sticking. When I took it to the dealership (under warranty) they said my kids must have spilled soda on the guides. Keeping in mind I have older kids and the guides are under the door, this would have been impossible. This outfit promises to fix the car, guarantee the job for life and to pay for the rental. They've had my car since 2/18/11 for a 10 day job and today, 3/25/11 the car is not ready. They'll promise it on Friday, and then the next Friday and so on. I recently purchased a vehicle for the first time online from ride safely. I did not realize what a scam they are. I bought a 2009 BMW 328i with 2253 miles for $18, 000. This company did a buy here pay here/in house financing. I recently retired and needed a few months until my retirement funds came through. I put $4000 down and a $1000 in a repair immediately. I had 4 payments due then a balloon. The contract had a due date with a 10 day grace period. 11/16/10 purchased 2008 Trail Blazer, shortly after purchase traction light came on and stayed on. The money was taken out of my account on the day of ordering and I sent the required documentation driving lisence, V5 form and other personal info as required.
