I went to Parsippany Automotive for oil change three weeks ago. The mechanic recommended me to repair rear brake. We made an appointment the day after for a detailed inspection and the price for the repair. After some inspection, the mechanic told me that it costs $875 to fix the front brake (not the rear brake any more). This was totally insane. So I left. Husband was hit by a USAA insured driver this morning. Claims department couldn't be more UNHELPFUL-- wanted us to go through our insurance & pay our deductible when their client was issued a citation for improper left turn. Would not send a tow truck to tow his inoperable car (he had just dropped me off at work-- so I was also car-less). I brought my truck into the shop in June because the motor in my window was out and my window would not go back up. For $400 they supposedly fixed the problem. 2 months later, my window would not roll up again after rolling it down. I called them and brought it back to be repaired and then 1 week later the same thing happen again. At this point I was very pissed and requested a full refund. My 2004 Acura TL which I bought brand new off the dealership lot and is having cracks all over the dashboard. It has cracks above the gauges and cracks along the passenger airbag side. I talked the Acura dealership and they id that it's a wear and tare part. I also have extended warranty, and they also told me that it's a wear and tare part and it's not covered. I have booked a Maruti Swift ZXI with Kalyani Motors Bilekahali BANGALORE in this month after they assured me that Swift is readily available. I paid the Cq and when I was ready to go for registration, Kalyani Motors told me that Car has a dent in Door and they need to book a new Car for me. I purchase Ultra Electric Scooter Velocity about one year back. After about 4, 000 kilo meters of usage, all four numbers Batteries have nearly exhausted and I am not able to use the Scooter for more than 10 kilometers after a full charge. The sticker on the Batteries, fitted by Ultra Motors, says these Batteries are 24 Ampere Hours, by the Chinese Manufacturers Print in the sides of the Batteries says that these are 20 Amper Hour Batteries. We have a 2005 Focus that my wife had an accident in. Her friend was a passenger in the car. My wife's airbag deployed but not the passenger side. Please be aware that Warranty America - has had a name change or was acquired - their new scam name is American Auto Shield. Stay away from this so called auto warranty company. They do not pay out or honor their contract as they state. They claim bumber to bumper coverage - but later state does not include rust - rubber parts - and bolts. what car either new or old does not have a little rust on the bottom, what car does not have rubber parts -- and bolts. Received merchandise on 8/05/10. Absolute garbage! First of all the picture of the saddlebags on the website is different from what I actually got. I was expecting what I saw. On July 13, 2010, we at Montpelier Food Center received a gas delivery. During this gas delivery, gasoline was put into the diesel tanks and diesel was put into the gasoline tanks. Then, PAPCO came and cleaned out all the diesel and gasoline tanks the same day. PAPCO, said that they will take care of everything regarding this mistake made. Last year on August 12, 2009, I spent 252.36 at Shaw Auto Car in Cuyhoga Falls to get the check engine light fixed on my car. This was suppose to be a 1 year/12, 000 miles warranty. On June 27, 2010 the check light reappeared before the 1 year/12, 000 warrant miles had expired. I had less than 3, 000 miles from getting the car fix from last year (drive different cars.) I bought a 2006 HHR new and the dealer where I bought it closed. I'm disabled and on a fixed income so I could not afford the extented warranty. I only have 34000 miles on the car but the warranty was up after 3 year's. I have been having trouble starting the car, it crank's but does not start until about 4 or 5 crank's. I took it to my mechanic and he checked it out and he said the Fuel Pump is bad and need's to be replaced. When he called to order the Fuel Pump from GM they told him that they have had a lot of call's with the same problem.
