I brough my truck to wes ward auto to get a new muffler on it. I pay them $580 and they turned around and shorted out one of my O2 sensors so the check engine light would come on. I purchased my used 2001 For Escape in 2002. I have had never ending quality issues since the purchase date. I have had to replace two of the doors handles due to poor parts used in the first place. On Sept 16, 2008 We ordered an engine for our 91 Mitsubishi 3000 GT . We wire transferred the money from our checking account into the account of Rhino Engines and Transmissions. I bought a car for $11, 000, and two weeks later the enging light came on! I told the dealer and he said to find a shop to fix it and he would pay for it. I found a shop and they faxed the cost to the dealer and he has not responded to my calls or to the shop. It is now three weeks later and my engine light is still on. An employee stole a pair of expensive sun glasses while I was getting an oil change. The police was called and the employee who was suspected of taking the glasses did not cooperate with the police. The other employee did not do well on a lie detector test. Owner John Markeli does not want his employees to admit guilt because that would make Express Care responsible for the glasses. I bought a high performance ford AOD transmission back in Feb 02 2008 from ramparts out of Tampa Florida. It came with a 1 year unlimited mile warranties. The first day I got the transmission it had the wrong shifting linkage. I installed the transmission I worked only for about a mile and I lost overdrive. I brought it down to my transmission shop I use and they told me that the input shaft was broke. and the transmission is a stock OEM. I received two transmissions from this company and each one failed within a week. They claim that the the transmissions have been rebuilt with stronger parts, but it seems like they just pull them out of a junkyard and sell them. They're costumer service is horrible, they claim to send the transmission at they say that it will arrive in a weeks time. I waited two weeks only to call them and find out that they didn't even send the transmission in the first place. my car- 2002 Rav4, vin # JTEGH2OV52005571. I took this vehicle to Desert Toyota in Tucson, Az on 6/27/08 for a specific problem of harsh shifting. I didn't have the TSB # TC002-06 at that time. The computer diagnostic came out with a code of P0755, the same code as the above referenced TSB. I was told there were no recalls, etc for my vehicle. Generous Motors would like us to believe that they are a changed organization. After purchasing numerous GM vehicles, to support the local economy, I have finally given up on them. My car sits in a repair bay, for a week now, waiting for stock parts to be delivered from a Lansing depot - not more than 2 hours away. And this is after I authorized an additional $50 charge for overnight delivery. The driver side window of my vehicle was broken and my portable GPS unit was stolen. I brought the car to Field's BMW to have the window replaced. The following day I realized what the rattling was inside the door - they had not cleaned out the glass shards inside the door! I went to Lucas Honda for replacing PAX tires with 45000 mile service. By the time, they give my car it was dark and night. I inspected my Odyssey in the morning and there was a big dent and damage on my door of vehicle. Dear all, 2 weeks ago I rented a car at AVIS Frankfurt airport; if you know that horrible airport, you will know you need to walk about 3 km's to get to the area where the rental cars can be picked up.
