I took my Jeep Cherokee to Fletcher's Tire and Auto on 90th street in Scottsdale on for several issues including a check engine light and a "shaky" front end at higher driving speeds. Three times I attended the K-mart tyre and auto service station. First time ... I had a water leak and they did not fix a water leak but charged for it. When I returned the car they shortened the water system by blocking it off at one section and then the heating did not work. They still charged! Second time ... I test drove a vehicle and it had a tire sensor fault light on. I mentioned it to the employee and he told me that it was a reset issue when they changed the tires. I had taken my car in to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. When I arrived, my Ford Explorer was running just fine. When I left, it was immediately making noises and the check engine light was on. I drove a short distance away, and turned around to come and bring it back to them. While en route, the engine on my Explorer seized.
