Story of my car... I leased a new 2008 Nissan Altima from Butler Nissan with 10 miles on it and my first time ever having a brand new car. No systematic way for booking, informations needed to customers are not given correctly. I have been misbehaved by the staff. As these is the only agency from which our living area gets connection, we people have no other option to go. My Jeep was would not start. I called Tuttle and had them tow the Jeep to their shop for repair. The first problem I had with them is that they treated my Jeep like a 4wd (which it was not, I had to correct the tow driver when he was hooking up my vehicle). We had a gas tank on e (some gas still in tank) and put $10.00 of gas in the tank at $3.67 a gallon (as dvertised on gas pump). We got a half tank of gas. We went back a few days later and are gas gage was just above the red and we put in $15.00 worth of gas in at $3.63 a gallon (as advertised on gas pump) and got half a tank. Although the camp is some what new, I attended the adult / child week end program. What I and other parents found it is not what it claims to be. I too have fallen victim to this company that is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. I ordered a keyless remote for my Honda CRV a month ago. My credit card was charged and I received an email that the product was mailed via USPS 1st Class. Nothing has been delivered. We have a 2005 C240 that worked fine until 8/11/08 when it stalled and gave up and we took it to this dealer to be fixed, they changed the catalytic converter and gave it back to us on 8/13/08. Then while driving back home that night we heard a knocking sound which we had never heard before. On Aug 1, I rented a car from Toyota Rent A Car, after a minor "fender bender". I had it from Aug 1 at 5:23PM until Aug.2 at 4:30PM. I was charged $60.93 (including tax). I bought the top of the line extended warranty that Pikes Peak Acura offers, but so far I had to pay $330.00 for faulty equipment. I paid a lot of money for ths warranty service, and I feel that the warranty should have covered these repairs.
