Nationwide Insurance Company will cancel your policy by saying you have a past due balance. That you probably don't have, then when you find out it's already too late to do anything. They will tell you the policy lapsed and you have to reapply for reinstatement, then they deny you coverage. In my case they new I had some recent health issues and would not qualify for a medical exam for reinstatement. I will like to bring this matter up to the public, so that in the future the customer who wanted to purchase a Honda car will not be taken for a ride. In March/April 2007, my 22 year old daughter purchased a used 1999 Honda CRV from a local dealer and used Chrysler's Financial Services to finance the balance she owed on the vehicle. She is a full-time student who has consistently paid her monthly account bills on time or before they were due. On November 26, 2007, my daughter was involved in an automobile accident. I wanted to rent a car for vacation then great fun popped up. I just recently found out that Great Fun has deducted 11.99 from my account and not only that, another company under TLG Homeowner also deducted the same amount from my credit card. I spoke with both agencies and the 1st one said the will mail me a refund request form. The 2nd company said the money will be credited back to my account. They better!!! I rented a car in Costa Rica for 11 days from Dec 25, 2007 to Jan 05, 2008. When I returned the car to the San Jose airport location, the Dollar representative coerced me into paying $20 for cleaning of the car (which was only a little dusty), and tried to overcharge me by $200. His behavior was appalling. Since I was so angered by his attempts at cheating me, he ended up overcharging me by only $80, which I have submitted to Dollar for a refund. This is a horrible way to treat Dollar's customers, and leaves a very bad feeling upon leaving Costa Rica after a vacation. read full review »

I bought a 2003 es 300 with 23000 miles from jm lexus in margate, fl. The first day I had the car, there was a loud knocking noise under the steering wheel. I called and told he sales rep, chris and Michael about it. I suggested that we cancel the deal because of other issues. They took the car and fixed it but upon receiving the car, 2 days after, the noise came back. I took it again and one service writer said it was parked too long and another said there was a recall on the shaft system for the 2003 models. Posted fuel Economy Information on vehicle does not even come close to millage Posted. 60 mpg city, 51mpg Highway. Highest ever had was 48 avg first few weeks, then drop to 46 to 44age after.In Nov 2007 drop to 38avg and then has (drop to 34avg.) I have brought my car in on multiple occassions to be fixed for the same issues on the GMPP that was purchased through the Findlay Chevrolet dealership. Findlay refused to work on the car anymore because they were not fixing the issues. We took the car to Desert Pontiac and continue with the same problems with the car going in and coming out. I bought a used car with low miles from a neighbor, who had purchased the car new. The car had every service performed at Quail Springs Goodyear since new, with documentation to prove it. A few days after buying the car, I decided to do an oil change. I do my own service and have been changing oil on my own cars for over 30 years. I was verbally assaulted by a store employee when I entered with my service animal and refused to give them my name, address, phone, and disability in writing. I was further refused service and made to leave under threatening of police involvement. I'm still shaken by this and have been informed by the one who was yelling at me that this is store policy. I bought toyota camry from this dealership. it was a used car with no warranty - but what they did was just sell the car to me after a car wash it seems. Because the car had engine light on within 3 weeks and I got to know that the dealership already knew about that as the error code waw written at the top of the engine. I am writing this consumer fraud complaint regarding a vehicle I purchased from MIDWEST LUXURY and IMPORT, a.k.a. MCLS. On October 25, 2007 I traded in my BMW 530i and purchased a BMW 645ci. I own a 2000 Dodge Durango and have consistently maintained it for years with few problems. Last week while driving it a "check gauge" light came on. I took it to be serviced and was told that the engine needs to be replaced. Apparently Dodge has a defect with its Durango and Dakota engines that leads to sludge. The driving shaft has begun to break apart as a result. I am upset because Dodge has issued no recalls nor have they ever suggested that synthetic oil be used, which would have prevented this problem. I purchased a Honda Fit from lucas Honda on June 12th and I can truthfully say this will be the last Honda I buy. I was treated shabbily and was not made welcome by the organization. I should have walked and went elsewhere but they are the closest dealership to my home. Used the pay at the pump to put gas in car. Put in $11.02 rec receipt for amount but was charged $35.00 on credit card. Called the gas station to fix this and was given nothing but attitude and called a liar. I was told that this is not possiable and that I must have grabbed the the wrong receipt. Ok first of all I know how much I pumped. I pushed the button to print receipt. Second of all even if my car was empty it would not take $35.00 to even fill it. It only has a 13.5 gallon tank. Car was brought in for a repair and was done incorrectly. Scotton's refused to correct their own mistake and make the proper repair without further charges! After refusing to simply fix their own mistake without labor charges and insisting that they DID fix it the first time, I was told to go elsewhere. We waited in line for over an hour at the Denver location to check-in with a reservation. There were approximately 10 customers in line ahead of us and there were three reps working the counters. Employees were running around and the entire operation was disorganized. Even once we reached the counter it took over 20 minutes to check our reservation, find a car and then deliver the car.
