Housing here is lousy. They require you to live in the dorms for at least 3 years, and yet the maintenance in the dorms is sub-standard at best. I haven't been able to take a hot shower in almost 2 weeks. This problem has been on-going since August. The problem has been mentioned numerous times, and yet nothing is done. They have lobbied many schoools to be upset with the evaluations when infact they do nothing but scam clients. Read the fine print before you book your courses alot of hidden cost. I asked for a refund and was told that there was a $ 100 fee for administion with I was not told when I booked the course but they said they told me so on the phone, they did not inform me. I called to cancel the next day and they have already put the transaction though. It has been a month and a half so far and no refund which they said would take a month.
