On February 27, 2008, my parents purchased a dog for me from Petland. He is a mix breed called a 'Cavachon'. He is a joy to have and is a wonderful animal, but he is sick. The people at the Fayettville Banfield Animal Clinic are more concerned about the money than they are about the life of the animal. In an attempt to assist my employee whose dog had a life threatening illness and need immediate surgery, I had an unpleasant encounter with the staff at this Banfield clinic about payment for the dog's surgery. I would describe them as rude, inflexible and all about the money as the dog lay dying. How sad that their business policy is such that the money takes place over everything else. First off, The product is garbage and barely works. I spent 40 minutes using this thing and filed not even really noticable amount of the nail off. Do not buy a puppy from Lori or Jerry Brewer! They sold me a puppy with Parvo Virus back in April. They claimed that he had been given all of his shots but the night I got him he became very ill and had to be hospitalized. He was hospitalized for about 5 days and it cost me over $1, 500 to get him well. He is okay now but he could have died.
