I contacted this importer of pet carrier about defective zippers on my pet carrier. I sent email that went unanswered, and then called them on the phone. I was told they would get back to me. I was never contacted about this defective product. Used one week on vacation I was unable to return it to retail store due to distance from my home address. I went to try on some gowns at Burton's Bridal while I waited for my florist appointment. I didn't have an appointment but there was no one in there at one point. I purchased a chihuahua from Dalene Gee of djchihuahua.com. The dog died not 3 days later due to Parvo. I tried to contact the owner Dalene Gee and was told "too bad that's the chance you take." This is the most outrageous experience I have been through with a dog breeder. I have a, suppose to be a pure breed Shih tzu. However, when I picked him up that the airport we knew he didn't look like one. I knew his coat would be different they had told me that. Besides the ridiculously long wait for delivery, when I called and emailed them, some guy eventually got back to me and told me he would send out the info via email. I bought a kitten from Cindy Pipping in March of 2008. I had the kitten shipped to me, across the country. Ive never bought a kitten from a breeder out of state before, so between the shipping and the freezing weather, it was stressful. Well, the pictures were beautiful and the photographer was good, but their pricing is horrible now. Also, they don't tell you about the real deals. Those $5 and $7 packages are just to get you to come there and then they try to make you spend tons on all of these enhanced pictures for extra instead of letting you see the unenhanced ones as well. Took my dog to petsmart Pethotel. He was there for 4 days. On arrival he was throughly examined for admission. We got him home that night, he was very tired. The next day found my dogs testicles were the size of a grapefruit, and the skin was sloughing off. I addressed this with the manager, and heard about their 3-step cleaning process. I purchased a female and male corn snake from the pet zone. My male corn snake is extremely aggressive even when I walk by the tank he will lunge at me. I purchased a pom puppy from Cheryl & Carrie Boettger. I was told the puppy was 12 wks od when she was 8wks; told she weighed 15oz the evening before she was shipped. We hired this person from a referral from a friend. We hired them as a packaged deal which includes video, photography and DJ. Putting our trust and confidence in them, we expected to have great service. But we regret hiring them. I submitted a claim for $636.50 to VPI Pet Insurance along with their required forms for work performed on my dog for a liver problem. Forty Five days letter I received a form denial letter stating that they received my claim form but not the required supporting documents. They could not have received one without the other. I now see in Reader's Digest (O8) that this is one of many tactics employed by this company to deny or stall legitimate claims.
