I purchased a silky terrier puppy from Tim Mason (Mason Puppy Trax), Stark City, Mo. This was before I knew about puppy mills and parvovirus. Within five days of receiving the puppy, I had to rush him to the vet hospital because he was deathly ill from parvovirus. I purchased Frontline Plus from Vetshoponline and was shocked to see that the product was Australian since they do not disclose that information on their site. I used it on my two dogs and the became infested with fleas for the first time in over 10 yrs. I've previously used Frontline and it has worked in the past. I had my wedding catered by this company (person). Turns out she (Angelina) knows little to nothing about catering weddings or any event for that matter. They were late and very unprofessional. Her food was not exceptional as she claims, she buys her food from costco and other warehouse stores. I later found out that all the information I read on her website was a big lie. I bought the StayWell Infra-Red Pet Door in May 2006 but just installed it and began trying to use it in the fall of 2007. I have 2 dogs, both Labs, and when they try to use the door a variety of things happen: 1) The door doesn't unlock and they ram their noses into it. Earlier complaints about non delivery have been cured. Thank you for that. Now it seems the mail is not processed for delivery in a timely manner. Bills are late in delivery . I took my cat there, he was blocked, it costs me 700.00 for 1 over night stay, they sent him home on Saturday because they were closing and would be closed until Monday. They said to take him to the emergency room if he got worse. I ended up having to bring him to the ER because he wasn't any better. The ER said that Banfield should have kept him 48hrs at least. I posted a message on the breeders web page letting others know that I bought a chahuahua from a breeder found on the puppyfind site. This puppy had sarcoptic mange I faxed Jessica from puppyfind documents from the vet stating the puppy had mange. I was very upset when this message was then removed. To add another comment to anyone considering buying a horse from family equine - when you ask for a kid safe anyone can ride horse don't expect to get one. I swear the mare I bought must have been drugged because after I got her she turned into a completely different horse. She is not and I dont foresee her ever being a kid safe anyone can ride horse. This place was booked for a friends wedding and the service was not what they payed for. They lost money from a catering company they booked after SDE told the couple they can choose any caterers as long as they had a license. Three weeks before the wedding SDE told them they couldn't use the caterers they chose because they were not on the list of approved caterers.
