I had my child enrolled in daycare at ( Rhoades Daycare) Brenda Rhoades home in Cornona, Ca. We used this photographer for photo of 5 children and 90% of the photos turned out horrible. The studio/house was a disgusting mess, that should have been a sign when we got there. The studio looked like a bomb went off. She had a ton of props and didn't use one. There is actually a photo of the 5 kids together where she has the baby propped up on a towel. I enjoyed having the photo booth at my wedding reception. However, it has been over three months and I still have not received the DVD with the images, which is included in the photo booth rental. I have called multiple times to both the local photo booth operator as well as the owner of the company for two months now and still have not gotten my DVD. Recently attended a wedding at this place, which was very nice, but watched the manager be rude to the guests and verbally complain loudly to the her help about being 'way over count' and continue to complain through the reception about being understaffed. Really unnecessary. When I spoke with the bride later she expressed her disappointment at the manager's behavior and incompetence at being able to handle the event. The manager kept coming to bother the bride with her complaints during the evening. It was as if the manager had never done this before. ...strange. A kitten I was going to adopt from her got "a fungal infection" on the top of his head. I asked her directly if it was RING WORM.
