I purchased an under-the-counter microwave and installation from the Reno Sears. On the first visit, the installers were unable to complete the installation because they neglected to bring tools. Used Holmdel Lowes to purchase carpeting. Got the C team for the installation, horrid bumpy seams, bad installation along woodwork, uneven. Installers left carpet in the rain and in the dirt outside my home rather than in the truck. Aside from being rude and argumentative on site, when I complained the in store shill told me the reason for the poor installation was my house was full of boxes. WRONG. House was EMPTY. The installation was bad. The paint and wood has chipped on slat corners and warped. Little nail hooks have fallen out. Wood slats look to have been glued back together during it's construction. My friend has hired Deegan Roofing, the workers are doing amazing work. My complaint is how unprofessional the "boss" is. He's made racial slurs towards the workers and refuses to pay them even though the company itself has gotten paid. A large bay window with side windows that crank open installed in my new kitchen area. After a few years crank windows get stuck, , one does not open at all.
