This company is AWESOME! They saved my home from what could have been a potentially costly robbery. While on vacation (Disney Cruise) my home was broken into, they used the rear patio door for access. Apparently the robber used a pry bar as the door lock frame was destroyed. I sent in my motor vehicle registration on January 25, 2010. My registration was due to expire on February 17, 2010. The block at the top of the Vehicle Renewal Application states: "Allow 15 business days (excluding mail time) to receive your registration." i have been accused of reversing into a car which has not happened at all. I bought a pair of ugg boots from this company in January, for £75 i paid through a company called ECPSS which i was transfered to from there website this company is also based in China. I received an unsolicited phone call pertaining to credit card debt. When I told the rep I was not interested in the offer he presented which was to settle on debt at only 60% of the total, he became very condenscending. Especially after I informed him that the remaining 40% was taxed by the federal government as debt cancelation once the debt was settled. Ostling & Associates sucks! They never return phone calls, they screw up the paperwork all the time on your bankruptcy! Don't use them! I was targeted by Bonnie Kling an administrator and subsequently fired for no reason. She was on a mission to get me fired and I have no idea why. This has happened on four separate occasions. I frequent online purchases and each comes with tracking codes to verify where and when your package is and arrives.
