The government of Costa Rica is guilty of corruption on many counts. Currently, the government is purposely gouging American tourists (and other tourists and residents) regarding the US dollar exchange. They keep calling me and my family trying to get addresses and phone numbers for the people in our family. We have asked them over and over to stop calling..
