I have been getting at least 15 calls per day from phone number (954) 724-9490 , and they were hanging up on the first ring. When I call the number back, I get the same thing "mail box is full"! They did just call again (for the 3rd time in less than an hour) and I did finally get some one, it is publishing clearing house! I have been asked to be removed from their list, and not to call again. If they so choose to call, I will be reporting them to the Attorney Generals office, and the BBB. Before I go to cancel my S BI card and take any further action and complaint to higher authorities I would like to bring to your notice that S BI have some real bad abusive customer service representatives. This company uses a computerized voice that says her name is Cami and asks to speak to the lady of the house. I've hung up countless times, but this time decided to respond so that I could get to the root of the problem. The voice says she is from "Dove" so I did a web search and found Dove House in North Carolina. This is regarding the Hyderabad passport office Phones, While applying passport, they will give some land line numbers to know the status of your application the numbers are 040-27704646, 040-27704747, 040-27704689, 040-27708888, but if you are trying to call to know the status of your application, no body lift the phones, and only one number will ring (040-27708888), rest of the numbers are always in busy stage, i think all other phones are they kept in busy, I have tried 4 days for the status of the application, no body picking the phone. Since when can solicitors get your cell phone # and start hounding you that way. I got a call from 801-642-0240 two days in a row now. I'm not answering it. I'm not going to pay for some stupid call from a telemarketer that I don't want! These people have been calling me everyday for about a week. I've asked them to remove me from their list but they refuse. They don't listen when I tell them not to call, they reply by saying things like, "you don't know why I'm calling, I'm not soliciting, etc". This call comes from the Citibank new card accounts department. These people have called me almost daily, at 2-3 hour intervals, never leaving a message identifying who they are. They stay on the line long enough for the answering machine to make its statement and hang up 2-3 seconds afterward causing my machine to register a message.
