This complaint is to the traffic department of mumbai. I am staying in shivaji park, road no.5. I have 2 auto accessories shop in my lane because of which there is always a traffic jam in my lane. The shop owners allow customers to do double parking in a small lane because of which the other cars cannot pass through. This company calls my 2 mobile phones and my home phone numbers. They call from different automatic dialers everyday (with different outgoing phone number). A recording comes on that says this is the second notice that my vehicle's warranty is about to expire and I should get it renewed and to push 1 to speak with a rep or press 2 to have my filed removed. The caller ID only showed a 9 digit number. I hung up as soon as I realized the call was a recording offering a carpet cleaning service so I do not know the name of the company. Lucknow RPO issued passport for my son but they did mistake in parent's name and then we requested to correct and re-issue the passport.
