Mr. Kop has not been answering our inquiries of late. He told us he would file a TRO hearing and did not. He said he would draw up a standstill agreement and did not. He missed a court hearing and was over an hour late for another. And he has told us he would give us an assessment of our claims and damages going back months and months and we are still waiting.
