The company has staffing to answer emergency calls on evening and weekends, but don't call for technical service or an accounting issue. The company states customer service is available 24/7 in their advertising and when customers talk to telephone reps. But what the company does not tell you is that technical services are available on m-f from 9-5. When i was initially hired by this company i was informed that i would be a dispatch tech and training to become a tech. I purchased a Keurig single serving coffee maker for my son for use in his apartment at college. His roommate did not drink coffee. I though it was a good way to have a single service of coffee, hot chocolate, tea, etc. The B60 version was not inexpensive over $130. The unit stopped working after about 3 or 4 months.
