There are kids in the back of the post office and sticking their heads in the mailboxes when opening to get my mail. I mailed some payments two weeks ahead of time and as of February 21st they still havent recieved them. I had a carnival sea miles credit card for around 8 years. Each time I tried to used points for a cruise the card company said I had to book with them, I always got a better price else where so the points kepted adding up. I have read several complaints about Eden cosmetics stating that they did not have a listed phone number. Funny, but about 3 down there was the company with their policy, address, and phone number listed. It is 1-866-514-8949. I received a letter from Southwest Credit saying I owe the Tollway Authority $187. I never got a bill in the mail from North Texas Tollway. When I called NTTA, the woman on the phone said they sent out 2 letter to inform me, however I never got any letter. They added on all these fees then sent the letter straight to collections. She also threatened me, saying if I didnt pay this outstanding balance there would be an arrest warrant put out for me. I paid a bill over $500 dollars to Verizon to restore my service and they did, so they said. I am now being told by Golbal Tel that Verizon has a block on my phone. So I call Verizon and spoke to 5 different reps on 3 different days who all swear there is no block. Gobal tel keeps saying there is a block. This is outragious because never company seems to care if my phone is blocked or not.
