I had my transplant done on 05/3/96 by MHR in Oak Brook IL I followed there directions and did my followups. I kept complaining about the poor results, I was told to wait it will fill in. The owner of this company sued a part time employee (unsuccessfully) for debts owed by the company the employee worked for knowing full well the employee was not the person liable having previously recouped a portion on the debt from the actual liable person. Ethics questionable and cost alot of time and money and distress for the employee and had to go through two court cases. Never have I seen or heard such absurd people. One is suppose to be a horse trainer/coach. Husband is a farrier and the other we aren't real sure. If you have dealings with these people be careful. In August 08 I received an annual statement from Five Star Resorts for $125.72 payable 9/1/09. Upon contacting the resort on 8/31 to pay this amount I was advised the dues were in fact $132.00 plus an annual assessment fee of $79.20. I was told by Shawna I had an old bill. I received them in the mail and when i pulled them out of the mailing tube it was as though the posters had been shoved in to the tube with some kind of force because one side of the posters was all wrinkled and damaged... They offered USPS as their shipping method and then without my consent they shipped the guitar picks by Fed Ex which cost me more than what i was willing to risk by letting customs decide through regular mail. Courier services = automatic fees! Then they tried to act like they were doing me a big favour and that i was given complimentary upgrade instead of owing up that they lied and misrepresented themselves online. What is the normal time for a motorcycle to be fixed in your shop when it has been run into the back end? I have a Harley 1200 that has been in your shop (that the insurance has already paid for) that has been there since June 17th of this year. If you are with AT&T and have a Netopia modem in your home and you up grade to Apple OSX 10.6 you will have problems that AT&T will not help. They will help for a fee of $99.00 but that is unfair as it comes. I have spent hours upon hours with the biggest idiots on the planet at AT&T. I ordered the electronic pest repeller controllers, my credit card was charged but I never received my purchased items. I recently did some bottle returns at the Utica Walmart and forgot to use the slips their when I shopped. I just went to the Oneida walmart and decided to use them for my purchases. They refused to use them. Said that it was "the Oneida store Policy" that they would not take the slips from another store. I think that this is rediculous. My husband's doctor performed an X-Ray at this facility. The doctor was in our Blue Shield network. Main Street was adjacent to the doctor's office. The desk clerk at Main Street asked for his insurance card upon check-in but did not disclose that the facility was out of Blue Shield's network of medical services providers. The speed limit in the the Creekside Villas Community, at Delaware Woods Lane is 10mph. Your delivery drivers have repeatatly have come shooting by at 20-30mph.
