Greenmountainenergy has the WORST customer service. They claim for winning JD Power Associates for customer service and they really hiked the bill to a ridiculous 15.34 cents in a hot summer, of course without any notice. When I called, they put me in a "low" price of 10.94 cents plan, but when the high bill continued to come, they said it wont happen until the "next" bill. This is a scam. Once they have your money they don't even bother to deny that they can't get you more discounts than the actual website for the product can. They've supposedly been working on a modification request for over 4 months now. I called my mortgage company and NOTHING has been done. I've sent these people $2000.00. I've retained an attorney and requested a refund a month ago. I've called several times and they stated that a refund will take 6 weeks. When I called today, a message states that they have discontinued their business and there are no numbers given to be contacted. I have yet to receive my refund. I ordered two boxes of duplicate checks. The account number on the micro-encoding line is incorrect, the very last number is wrong. I have eight ouststanding checks. Form-A-Corp processed my credit card to form an LLC in January 09. They filed for an EIN number with the IRS (which can be done for free) and never completed the process. They do not answer the phone or emails. Because forming a corporation can take some time, I lost the time frame to get a refund from American Express. Ii March-09, the company I work for, at my request, purchased a generic toner cartridge for a brand new HP laser printer to have available after the starter cartridge was used-up. This is a private retirement fund company. I sent in rollover forms to have all funds directly rolled over to an account at Fidelity. This was a 401 account from a former employer. There were two forms I needed to fill out. I am sure that I filled out both forms exactly the same. One account is now being rolled over directly into my new Fidelity fund. The other has been cashed. My mom and I went to a golf outing in Green Lake, WI. The directions they gave us really screwed us up. In Princeton, WI. The directions have us going RIGHT on HWY 23 when we should of went left. The directions also told us to turn on streets that were DEAD ENDS! We finally got there by following the signs to the hotel that the golf course that was across the street from it. We purchased a Kingsdown Sleep to Live mattress from Sleepy's in early July 2009. The first mattress had a very clear sag in the center of the mattress to the point that we sank way way down into the mattress and felt that we were lying far below the level of our feet.
