Acia Berry FMW LABORATORIES
On dec 26 I placed a call tio Acia Berry advising that I would like a free Trai Of the Products. As I returned the product the company has charged me 174.26 as charging me a Membership fee Of 87.13 and the product fee of 87.13. The Kicker is is everytime I contact acia berry customer service line at 866-949-0138 i am forwaded to there outsourced vendor who advises that there escalating my call and I am unable to forward you to the billing the department. As I am extremely frustrated with the customer service deparatment because they are unknowlegdeable and incompetent. I have worked for this company for 16 months. The owner is female and her husband is also part owner. They are going through a nasty divorce. The podiatrist that works there was going on maternity leave for 6 weeks in Nov. 2008, and the other three employees(incl. myself) ended up being laid off as well due to the podiatrist's leave and the faxt that business was slow. I was charged $72.21 to my checking account and have no idea why!!! I was searching online on 1/16/09 but I DID NOT ORDER OR BUY anything from google. We are living on a fixed income and no way would I spend this much money on something right now. Please help me recover this money. I called the 888 number listed in the withdrawal section of my bank account and they are closed on weekends, OFCOURSE, they would be. Make me worry all weekend about this and not even give me a chance to find out why!

Hi. I've been getting, "non-movement of vehicle" notices on my car for some time. Sometimes, I'll get these notices even after just 12 hours of non-movement. The policy in this area is "72 hours" of non-movement. I ordered the PassionUp e card serices by mailing in a check as opossed to using my credit card online. I never use mt credit card online because of possible scammers. I have a canceled check to how the PassionUp company cashed my yearly service check but never supplied me with any service. They also don't have a contact phone number orchat line url to discuss posible mistakes. This leads me to believe I have been duped which makes me very very angry. This bonding company completed a falsified report with numerous errors and was heavily biased toward contractor. HCC Surety does not want to be sued by the contractor so they create and file falsified report to protect contractor from liability. Homeowner does not have any recourse when dealing with a dishonest landscape contractor because these contractors are protected. I never saw in written that i was going to be billed later on for more. When i tried looking back into the site it said that there was no such site. I received a check in the mail this weekend without an envelope and instructions to become a mystery shopper. The check was for $4, 998.00. These people must think everyone is stupid! First of all, who in their right mind would think this is a legitimate offer? They ask you to purchase $257.00 worth of merchandise and wire transfer the remaining balance (probably to them). This is the dumbest scam I've ever received and I've seen and received many in the JUNK/SPAM mail system.

I ordered a Color Frame/Clock/Radio Hidden Camera DVR from them for $519.00 on January 1, 2009. I received the package on Jan 12, 2009. The item was extremely used with numerous smudges that would not go off. There were minor scratches on it as well. It was missing a micro SD Card which was promised in the advertisement. It did not record anything except for showing time. Basically, I spent $519.00 for a digital clock. Please stay away from these people. They are a ripoff and a shame on the name of a business. Had furnace (forced hot air) serviced last fall. Three days later the heard horrible noise. WMS serviceman told me the powervent was demolished and it had nothing to do with the maintenance service they provided 3 days early but was caused by the system. A system they installed because of a problem with combustion. Actually was given three different explanations. Ended up paying $330 for a new motor after i had just paid $250 for maintenance.

My wife takes care of all the bills and never ask me who TLG was. I found out that my wife has been paying TLG under 3 different names: TLG " GREAT FUN", TLG " COMPLETE HOMEOWNER" and TLG " "Travel Advantage" at $11.99 each per month ($35.97 per month all three at $11.99 each x 3) since April 2008!
