A March 5th 2010 charge for $12.95 for Web Hosting Gold on behalf of a web site called aDigitalVillage.com appeared on my April 2010 Verizon phone bill. I called the company's 1-800-944-0171 and the person I spoke with said she would remove future billings but would not remove the $12.95 charge. I have no clue what this company is; further more, on March 5th my wife and I were in our car driving from Sedona, Az back to New York State. We left on March 1st and got back home on March 6th. I used Overnightsprints.com for the first time and I will never use it again. The bookmarks they printed were not centered because of cutting problem. They said it was my fault because the bookmark design had a border and reprinting was not an option. They did offer a return option but I would get only 50% credit back. I asked if I could reprint the bookmarks at half price to save the mailing and processing time for return because I need the bookmarks soon, they rejected. I had the most horrifying experience with one of this company's car booters. I paid for my space, put the ticket in my windshield, and went to my Dr's appointment. The most appalling customer service I have ever had. Rude staff, poor levels of intelligence, scruffy and shocking attitude to customers. While playing Wizard101 my son received a threat from another player who said they were going to kill him, but first have sex with him. Then they listed our address. I tried calling King Isle Entertainment, but there is just a message to go to the website and email any questions or concerns. I did this, and the only response was that they needed the character name used for the person sending the threats, which my son did not remember. They have constantly harrased me and my daughter all the while we were all trying to help them to find my son. I have done everything I know to do to try and help the. Joined Direct Buy of Lancaster, PA in 2/2008. Payments made to Beta Finance were "misplaced" on several occasions and then payments appeared when threat of lawsuit was proposed. Monthly statements would not have all the appropriate payments listed. Balance on account was different on each statement. the other dance center just 2 miles down the road is better. this lady is always late and she has a bad temper. i also heard her building was in trouble with money so her husband had to close part of the building. there are always smokers parents sitting on the sidewalk every night while they wait for their children to get finished. she is also in a bad location. it's right next to a laundrymate where there are alot of drunks and teenagers hang out playing rap music for hours and hours. i was really uncomfortable leaving my child there. that's probably why the parents always wait for their children to finish. read full review »
