Shaku Maku
In the heart of Rathmines, Shaku Maku is a place where every dish tells a story and every bite is rooted in family. Roughly translated, Shaku Maku means “What’s the story?” — or perhaps everything and nothing all at once.
Our journey begins with my grandmother’s humble recipes from the south of Palestine, lovingly passed down through generations.
