This business solicited our company to do cleaning of our building. We signed a year contract with them. When we signed, we had a different franchise owner. After about 6 months, he was replaced by another owner. We learned that he had been jerked around by the franchise, sueed them & won. Now they are doing a really bad job of cleaning our offices, cannot speak English, so we have not communication. Cloud nine systems cleaned my carpet with the wrong products. Concequently the carpet in my media room was damaged beyond repair. Cloud nine system made several visits which only made the intial situation worst. Cloud nine admitted on several occation that the problem was their fault and agreed to replace the carpet.
