Gariep Dam is in the Free State and Norvalspont is in the Northern Cape, 8 km away. My voucher valued at R100.00 buys be 96.0 kWh and I receive no free units. I would NOT recommend escrow.com. Not only are their fees high, they take a ridiculous amount of time to process refunds. In my case, I returned the item I had purchased (because it was stained) and the seller received it 11 days ago... and escrow.com still has not send me my refund! Ed Hernandez (Concrete Genie) is one person you DON'T need to meet in your life. He does a lousy and unfinished jobs. He gets lost the minute he's cashed your check. I have also found out he's done the same lousy and imperfect jobs for others and he's having a grade F (from A+ to F. F being the worst) in Better Business Bureau with at least two other complaints.
