In August 2009, I contracted with Best Credit Repair Man to remove negative information from my Experian and Transunion credit reports. I paid the full service fee of $500. They were unable to remove the negative information, and on June 15, 2010, I contacted them via email and first class mail requesting a refund. I have not received a response. After you request a refund, they become very hard to get in touch with. I filed a complaint with the BBB. As of today, they have not responded to the BBB. About two years ago, I purchased a case for my Oakley sunglasses from a local Oakley dealer. I signed up for a 6 week class for my little girl, which I was not told upfront the classes that you miss, you cannot make up until you sign up for another session. I showed up to one wrong class where kids were smaller than my girl, we were asked to leave by the manager. This BABY Bather was purchased for my new Grandson to use when traveling. He is 3 months old. We found that it did not fit in the Kitchen sink as shown. So we put it in the bathtub. It has sides to low to keep baby secure and also does not have grips on the bottom to keep it from sliding across the bathtub. Think it is made for a baby doll not an ifant! My husband and I are in the process of moving to Ohio from Texas and hired Cross America Movers to do so. We were provided a quote for 2071.00 with a 50 dollar deposit and 50% due at pick up. From Jan 2008 to Oct 2009 myvoicemailservices was charging me $14.95 as month via my AT&T telephone bill for voicemail services that I did not request or authorize- total of about $330. Purchased a Worx Gt in April. Battery does not last to go around 3 foodball fields as advertised. I get about 15-20 on a charge and it takes 24 hours for a new charge. It rattles and you can easily hear the motor running even in the day time given that my house is on a 100 ft rd with congested urban traffic on the outside. My 90 year old mother has a bundle package with Charter paying $140/month for a two year contract. Charter offered a $100 bundle without the premium channels. So my mother opted to cancel and go with the cheaper bundle even with the $150 penalty she would save in the long run.
