I signed up for a free trial in order to access an article I found on google. Ten months later I find out that my credit card had been charged at $30 a month for ten months by this company. It is one thing to forget to cancel a free trial and as a result be charged a one time fee of $30 - I would only be mad at myself for that. But I think it is outrageous that I should continue to be charged $30, without any notice to me that this was happening. A legitimate company would not have to resort to such underhanded, sneaky methods of making money. This company should be ashamed of itself. read full review »

I purchased flight for 2 from Lihue for island of Kauai. This was a sight seeing tour. I spoke with Kyle (if I remember it right). Following the reservation we discussed the seating. I asked if both of us will get window seating. Kyle told me that I can guaranty window seating for both by buying an First Class upgrade which will be additional $100. I did that. But the actual seating did not have 2nd seat as window seat. I have multiple photographs as proof of that and will be happy to send them. I was mislead into to paying for upgrade. read full review »

On 12/04/09, I purchased a Cuisinart Coffee Maker from Macy's. The Original Price of the coffee maker was $79.99 with a sale price of $44.99. I had a "friends and family" coupon for 10% making the total $40.49. The sales person helping me make my selection told me there was a $10 rebate on this item and gave me the rebate form which I mailed on 12/21. The rebate form said to allow 8 - 10 weeks so on 2/19, I called to check the rebate status. They told me to call back if I had not received it by the 2nd week in march. Dear Sir,
I am a customer with Verma Gas agency at A 60/12 Gali no-9 west vinod nagar, Mandawali, Delhi. My consumer # 22333. I had booked on the 4th of March, till today i did not get the gas. Kindly help me in this regard.
The weight of cylinder 3-4 kg less from it's actual weight always. and hawker not bring weighting machine with him.
Instead of 5 to 6 days it takes two three weeks always. Several times they advise me to re-booking gas. I have noticed that other customers also has similar complaint.

I was downloading Google Earth when I was invited to pay less than £7-00 for a three-year membership which I presume would enable me to access information which would otherwise not be available to me. After entering my Credit |Card details I was told that the charge had been approved and that £34-72 would be taken from my account. For the past 4 monthS, there has been NOISE problem in the Hyderabad BSNL Landline telephone number: 040-23351838, but it has not been attended to. There has been no response from the local JUBILEE HILLS EXCHANGE even though several online complaints were made and contacted concerned Senior and Junior Officers in the Exchange.
The online complaints were being closed without attending the faulty phone. About 10 complaints were raises.

The attendant who works at this laundromat is a bias person. He locks the door before 7:45 pm deadline and then decided who he will let in the laundromat. We had used Icontact to send several marketing emails for one of our clients. When we saw that it was not working as well as we needed, we canceled the order. We canceled the automatic charge. BUT they continued to charge our account and not only once but 3 times. Our checking account went into the negative causing me to receive several overdraft fees. All they say is we are working on it. I am experiencing the this problem with my verizon email account since March 10th. I moved to a new address and asked Verizon to move my Phone+DSL service to the new address. I was waiting for the completion of my DSL activation at my new address. Absurdly expensive internet that technically fulfills the contract, but only just. More than half the time, the service has data loss that prevents consistent downloads, or even browsing.
We're quite alright with taking on the fine for terminating our contract early, as it make little sense to continue making the poor carrier pigeons that apparently transmit our data labor in futility.

This bundle sounds good, right? WRONG! The company fails to include the various fees and taxes that are added to the $49.99. A $49.99 bundle ultimately costs $84.19 a month. Even a single line with no perks runs $26.00 a month.

I have had comwave for over 5 year had several occassions got worst customer service over 40 min hold time and issue never been resolved.
Actually if you look at customer service and managers they are working 12 to 20 dollar job to pay their bills, do you really think they care about your issue? definetily not.

Send some money to them for an assited purchase that they could not complete. The surprise was when I've tried to get the money back... I could not get an instant refund. On top of this I would need to pay some fees for the refund.
Customer service is crap and they will not answer to email or try to help you in any way. If they bother to reply they will point you to some procedures that you will not be able to find...

I gave TSL $1, 350 for pre-set Medicare and turning 65 appoinments.
Of my first 3 leads, 2 were NOT home and did not return my phone calls. The 3rd lead was for an address that DID NOT even exist and when I called the name on the lead the person was DECEASED. Of the next half-dozen leads, NOT ONE PERSON actually agreed to an appointment and most said they were "pressured and lied to" to. Additionally, they use foreign callers so seniors can't even understand what they're saying.
