There are some hubs still using hand-twisted wires in switch boxes made in the 1950s style. If you want a run-around, try contacting them about it, or someone in regulatory systems. Who ever it may concern, I tried to use 12 voip services to call overseas.. I am using 1500 kbs broadband service. But every time when i try to call over internet, the connection gets disconnected after 30 seconds time. I put feed back nearly 4 times.. but no one from 12 voip customer service yet contacted me either through mail or through phone. I haven't had such a nasty response from anyone.. In second week of sept, 2007 unfortunately I, opted for a postpaid connection of Airtel and given connection no 9760002124 in Dehradun at given address 3, New Road. Within two weeks I got a call to pay Rs 688 as my due. I asked the caller to send me the bill at the given address, caller replied ok. Then time and again callers from Airtel kept on asking me to pay the amount without giving me any bill. Now since yesterday they have disconnected it. I recently bought a new vodafone connection and requested for 199 add on plan but I have been issued 444 talk plan. On my frequent request in customer care it's not been set to 199 addon plan. Reservation counter for senior citizen at Gurgaon Railway Station remained close from 10.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on 17.10.2007. No normal counter entertained the senior citizen on priority basis. What is the fault of senior citizen, why the alternative arrangement has not been made to entertain the senior citizen on priority basis? I contacted the Station Supdt. he said, he has no control over the reservation counter. My grievance has not entertained by any officer at Gurgaon Railway Station. I had pictures of my daughter taken on 9/8/07. I was told they would be ready 9/28/07. I paid for them in full at the time the pictures were taken. (Lesson #1 - won't do that again!). Nokia is a biggest cheater. I purchased a N72 set in Jan 2007 which gave me a lot of trouble from day 1. Its camera was malfunctioning. O called to confirm that that they had the Sharp52inch LCD was in stock, they said yes so I ordered it immediately for what was a too good to be true price. I was email to call them for a confirmation. They said that there was a back offer and I said that was unacceptable. They then said they has the " newest : version of the original order and would sell it at the same price. I was quoted $307 for both truck $ tow dolly over the phone- the reason I went with Budget. Upon pickup I was charged $600 dollars.
