Just about a year ago my best friend and I stayed at the Flora Springs Hotel. We each had separate rooms, and the rooms really were beautiful, however it still became the absolute worst vacation of our lives. I travel occasionally by KSRTC (Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation) and it was a welcome relief that they started offering online booking service (www.ksrtc.in). When boarding at Gatwick I was charged twenty five pounds because my luggage weighed 5kg over the maximum weight of 20kg. I find it completely unfair that there was no pre-warning of the maximum weight. There were several other passengers who were also forced to pay charges and whom were all also unaware that the maximum weight of luggage was just 20kg. On the date of 26/04/07 on Emirates flight... traveling from Dubai to Birmingham. I regret to inform you that while in flight I was struck by one of the metal food trolleys. I feel like the condo management company mislead me. I went to ft walton visitor center web site, which is what I always do because I assume they will advertise only reputable companies. We took a membership in December from the marketing executive called Deepa. She used to call us everyday to take membership. Now after we have upgraded the membership and we have already paid half the amount we have still not received Allotment letter. She never picks the call even if she picks she tells she will find out and call back. It is more than 2 months she has called. My complaint is about a company cruise.com I have never been so annoyed and displeased with a company as I am with this one.I was quoted a price and told that it was canadian funds only to discover it was US funds this is not where it stops when I tried to contact them I was continuously put on hold 25-60 minutes, when I tried to pay they told me the original invoice didnt include a 90.00 document international package when I tried to complain they disconnected me and I had to wait again. Visited the Suite Hotel in Rouen in March 2007 with my 83 yo grandparents. When we arrived the hotel wasn't finished there was no parking, even though the website boasted secure on site parking. The best that accor could offer was another of their chain of hotels for £300 extra! I often book e- Ticket throw' KSRTC online website and travel within site. on 09.04.07 i booked one ticket and while booking transaction could not complete after release of payment from internet banking. It again happened on 28.04.07 twice. My complaint is against poor response from KSRTC and Secondly there is no icon for refund of such failures. I travel by bus between the sector chennai - hyderabad at least twice a month. My preference is GARUDA services from Imlibun which departs at 8pm. My journey on 1st may is the most horrific travel I have done in recent times. The company is Travelosity and Yahoo Travel. They get my vacation plan to Disney World all screwed up and I cannot cancel or change the plan. Hold times for hours - I was told at one point the hold time was 4 hours. I was on hold for an hour on one phone - switched to another - got someone who was not authorized to help and then put on hold for 1 hour before I hung up both phones. My fiance and I stayed at the Long Island Marriott and I'm sorry to say we were very disappointed with the accommodations. During the first night the room was very warm and although the thermostat was set to 65 degrees, the room failed to cool down. Staples and H.P. ripped me off... on the purchase for a computer bundle in 2004. The offer was for a "rebate" of $ 100 dollars. They couldn't locate anything pertaining to my purchase... but sent me spam about my new computer. I blocked their site from my computer and will never set foot in Staples' store again, as far as H.P... the computer has been very reliable but doubt if I will ever purchase another H.P. product. As I was showering, (6pm) a woman from management came in the room without permission, and claimed that she was changing the towels, even though there already was enough. I came out of the shower, and she ran out the door. She was not in a housekeeping uniform. I saw her go back to the main office. It was clear that she tried to steal my bike. This hotel belongs to Royal Holiday. Beware, they will try to sell you a membership. Research Royal Holiday before going on your vacation to a Park Royal hotel in Mexico. I booked flight tickets three month ahead of my trip from Expedia.com. Without any notification, they changed one of my flights from one stop to two stops and added three hours longer fly. We found this out only days before our trip when we were checking the trip info from the website. We have to call them many times. The Bluebay Club used very high pressure & deceptive means to convince me to sign a contract to buy one of their timeshares. The contact is clear that if I cancel within 5 days I will be refunded and money I paid to them.
