The merchandise I received (2 pair of shoes) are of poor quality. They won't let me return the shoes or give me any credit. I ordered two sets of 7 of these ball shaped animals on June 21, 2011. My VISA card was charged for both sets and shipping that exact same afternoon. I have now been waiting 2 weeks and the order still says awaiting fullfillment. I have emailed customer service and they do not reply. HSBC Fraudulent company, I purchased a $400.00 computer on my Best Buy HSBC card and each month I paid the bill through their online payment system. I won a bid for a diamond ring on ebay offered for sale by replygroup S.A.R.L. Was told it was shipped DHL and given a tracking number. Number was no good. Was then told it was shipped THL courrier service. They were new to Ebay so paypal only cover up to $200. I have used iBuyFireplaceParts.com twice to buy repair parts for my fireplace gas logs. The first time I used them the parts took approximately 8 weeks for delivery. For this second order I am now at 7 weeks and still waiting.
