Roomster.com
February 12, 2008
Roomster.com is a horrible service. You can post your profile and see others but you have to pay $30.00 just to communicate with anyone on the service. You're paying $30 a month to hope that others have been naive enough to the same thing and maybe make a connection. They have no 800 number. Just a link for you to email your concerns or questions. Its to protect themselves so that they really don't have to provide any service or guarantee. This company is basically a legal scam. DON'T USE THIS SITE!!! read full review »

Mood Brands LLC
February 12, 2008
In May 2005 I submitted an online inquiry to the Mood Beverage Corporation requesting more info on the business. The 'President', Brion Ware contacted me back and gave me some details. The company supposedly had a new line of energy drinks and investors were asked to deposit money to reserve a 'territory' for a distribution of the product. I was told the company already had several distributors on the west coast etc. I was also told that a Mood representative would come to my town and help establish my first 100 account... read full review »

I ordered a Blackberry case from elitextreme.com. After several months and many phone calls they still have not sent the case even though they charged my credit card immediately at the time of sale!! I later repeatedly asked for a refund and they said that my money would be refunded but after several weeks they still have not refunded my money! This is a dishonest company! I bid on a book advertised on the eBay, and subsequently won the bid. I paid for it with my credit card through PayPal, on January 16th. When some time later I have not received the book, I sent a message to the seller, who, to my surprise, replied with the following, "You bid on 0 of my items." I sent a few emails to both eBay and PayPal, to no avail. They just kept suggesting to talk to the seller. That made no sense to me, since the seller already denies my bidding, so what's the point of talking to them? Only after I sent an... read full review »

Wu-Yi Source Tea
February 11, 2008
I ordered the tea and was charged 37.00 for a 60 day supply. Which was fine since I didn't want to go through the trouble of returning. However, even after I called and canceled there was a charge of 19.95 on my credit card. This was not authorized plus they did it after I had canceled and had paid the 37.00 dollars. This is ridiculous. They do not disclose this initially. If they had said that this "miracle" tea was going to cost 56.95 I would never had ordered it. Plus. they were sneaky about it. Instead of the charge showing... read full review »

eBay / Fidel Trejo
February 9, 2008
eBay member manzotrejo won an auction for tickets. His real name is Fidel Trejo and he lives in Riverside, CA. Over the course of a week, he was contacted three times through the eBay contact member system. No response. Finally, he responds and says he wants the tickets for use the next day and he wants to pick them up. The auction listing clearly says no pick-ups. He says he didn't pay attention to that. Never heard from him again and no payment. I contacted eBay and received final value credit for their fees. He will receive a... read full review »

Fortunately, I charged it on an American Express card so, I will be having them deal with them. read full review »

I too was defrauded by this company... After reading the entire web site... I decided to order the "FREE", bottle of Power Tea... However there was a Charge for shipping and handling... Which was around $5.00. That told me that it wasn't really free and would more than cover the shipping and the product... But thought I would try it... Again I will state... February 8, 2008
I never received my DVD order for a christmas present and they charged my account $95.32. Dean Martin Roast. There is now another website on google called ShowsOn DVD.tv who is offering the same product even cheaper. When you click on the webpage it look very similar to Donkey.dvd which has many complaints and is consider a scam. I think someone should look into the other website to make sure it legitimate. I don't want to see anyone else get ripped off. They take your money and give you no product they the website is gone. I know in my heart the other website is the same people. DO NOT ORDER from these scan artists nor any other of these "NY City" camera shops. They lie, try to upsell you and when you don't buy extras they screw you. I was told to call and confirm my order and when I did, I told that the camera was in stock and would ship same day. Well a week passed and no camera, so I called them to inquire and was told very apathetically that the camera had not shipped and was not in stock. After telling them I needed it for a vacation! USAEbuy is a complete rip off. I ordered a Gucci handbag that was guaranteed to be authentic. I immediately did a little research on the company and requested via email to cancel my order and to not ship the bag to me. I did this several time for a week. Finally they charged my account and the bag was on my steps the next day. It is the furthest from authentic that it can possibly be. The 'leather' is plastic. I did so, but it still did not work. I used another operating system, and eventually got onto the site, and it immediately said I had used all my 'credits.' When I was a member of E-harmony more than 95% of the men they matched me up with lived at least 1000 miles away from me and the few who lived less than 200 miles away (whom I could count on one hand) closed me out. I live in Boston. E-harmony's matching program couldn't find ANY men in my heavily-populated area with whom to match me? Somethings fishy since as soon as I let my membership expire, E-harmony then magically was suddenly able to find me matches in the Boston area, often sending me one or more a week as "bait"... read full review »

I am complaining about the program Reg Cure for ParetoLogic. I was directed onto this as a FREE program. I was told then that in order to completely rid my system of these errors I would need to Purchase the program 1year for $29. This I duly did, I ran it and my system went haywire, the anti virus panicked & no longer worked, error codes came up on just about every simple function... suffice to say I... read full review »
