In April 08 I went on the free annual report website to retrieve my FREE credit report. Since that time I have been charged $14.95 in April, May, and in June 08. I submitted many request to have the problem stop and nothing has happened. Noone has responded to my emails. This is my last try. I want this situation to stop. I did not authorized your company to deduct money from my account which is against the law. Booked hotel in Bahrain via their website. Money taken off my credit card but was later informed that the hotel was fully booked. They stated I would only be refunded after 7 days which has still not happened after 10 days. Booked another hotel and money again taken off card. I bought a Sony ericsson P1i in Dubai Duty Free late September 07. A month later, in Kuwait where I work, the phone turned itself off. In the recent advertisement of Gulf Mart, it states that every purchase of 20KD items from Gulfmart will get a free gift voucher of 3KD at Sana . But when i purchased items worth 33 KD, i was told and offered with a gift voucher, that 3KD will be eligible only if I buy minimum 10KD worth items from Sana Fahaheel. Delivery of Moldy Cake I placed an order on M/s Flower Plaza website for a cake and some flowers to delivery on my wife's birthday. I am totally disappointed. It was a great insult for me and my wife in front of all people who were invited on her birthday occasion. As soon as she cut the cake and everybody had a piece of cake in their mouth, they throw that away.
