Three days before Christmas, they said the ring is no longer made and hasn't been made for more than a year. They said I could buy something else or they would refund my payment within 30 days. What a scam! Arriving in Mexico for the first time we were approached by a woman promising to get the best deal for a zip line. She proceeded to go through the offers available, when we had it all written up we proceeded to hand over our credit card. Booked and paid for a trip/tour for 2 people with Andale Mexico tours in lat e Sept early Oct 2010 for travel in Feb 2011. Vouchers for flights, hotels etc were sent to us via email from the company...and in November 2010 the company emailed us stating that they could no longer hold their contract with us due to legal troubles stated-owner to be possibly extridited to Poland. I bought a washer/dryer (stack up) at Sears in Leon Plaza, Guanajuato, Mexico on 6/26/10. When they delivered it it was the wrong one (smaller capacity). The manager of appliances agreed to send me another one with the capacity that I paid for and told me that that new one was more expensive, but he will let me have it for the same price. This used to be a wonderful luxury hotel; we had gone there for years and my husband had great memories of it when he was growing up.
