I did face three problems with DHL Saudi Arabia, in the three cases they lost valuable boxes of my shipments within a year and half. They do not take any responsilities at all, they know that there people has stolen the boxes but they deny this. I purchased an HTC Touch Diamond. It has the usual heating problem but after 15 days of use it suddenly died down without any display on the LCD. I took it to the service Centre and they keept it for 4 weeks telling me that parts are expected from HTC.
