i have purchased the gorgeous hair straightner from a salon in Durban called salon cleo on the 30th April 2009, i tried returning it back on the 02nd may 2009 but the owner refuses to give me a refund or exchange nad she says she is not allowed to return it. i cannot use the straightner because it is defective and i tried calling her but she does not want to take my calls.
please help me with regards to this matter as i am realy upset and i realy need a refund or exchange for a ghd.

I purchased a MADINA LOUNGE SUITE from Russells Ladybrand in December 2008. I reported this matter in February 2009 and was told the lounge would be collected for repairs, that was done and instead it was badly damaged rather than to be repaired.

I receive about 3 - 4 mails a day explaining how I have won over $2000 and will get a free wallet or TV if I just pay the release fee of either $14 or $31, the mails are different for the same freelotto draw.
I have not replied and have tried to unsubscribe a few times as I have gone onto google and have read how this is a scam. I have not paid any monies yet since August 2008 I have been receiving these mails. Today I received one that requested I pay R31.95 as a release as I have won $1000 000.

Pixel Magic systems introduced the high definition product MB100 (media box). Initial support and feedback was good as the product had some software bugs but in a short space of time thereafter, they became extremely quite. I've personally logged complaints on the forum and sent emails to their HQ - all being ignored. Whilst this company still sells other products, their ethics are shocking as they have taken peoples money and literally are just leaving everyone in the dark. I discovered my rental deposit not being returned tome from the Owner(he was holding the deposit), only 6 months after we moved out of the house, due to the agent keeping quiet that she had not had the deposit returned to use a deposit on the next place we rented.

I booked the Intercape Mainliner bus from PTA to CT for the 9/04 departing PTA at 17:00. A sleepliner arrive at the PTA station at 17:00 and all the mainliner passenger where placed on the bus, stating that we were going to get our bus in JHB. I was fine with that and it was treated quite professionally by the hostess assisting us. This is my second complaint against ABSA and everytime I receive no service or replies to e-mails.
My first complaint went to the ombudsman and took two months to solve.
If I send an e-mail to ABSA I expect it to be answered within 24 hours. Your standard response to an e-mail is we will get back to you ASAP between your working hours 08h00 to 16h00. If you cannot do that I suggest you increase your staff or your staff's working hours.

I took my Acer PD116 Projector into acer to replace the bulb on 10 March. Sounds like a straight forward job right?

About two months ago I bought a computer from a large retail outlet. It recently developed software problems I took it back to the store concerned after placing it in a cardboard box that it came in so that it would not get damaged. I even wrote fragile on the box. Amazing Transport & Warehousing
I have had to put up with problems with Amazing Transport and Warehousing from the start. They told me their rates would be less than the average as they were not there on the day to give me a quote. They were not available. The rate I received once they had all my furniture was more than double the companies i called. i purchased a 74cm Telefunken TV from Hi Fi Corporation in Rustenburg on getting the TV home it did not work at all so we exchanged it the next day, the new TV worked well for two weeks and then started getting big blue and purple spots on the screen, we then sent it in for repairs, after 23 days of waiting we returned to the shop and was told that the 21 days is not calender days but working days, this is not stated as such on the HI-FI Corporation adverts and service terms and conditions.
