I am a new subscriber of AL Shamil Network. I applied on 3rd Sept 20o8 and on 4th or 5th I got a call saying that the technician would be visiting me. The technician came on 6th and installed te modem and the network was available till Sunday the next day till 11 am after which it dissapeared.
They have a customer care no 101 which is of no use to the customers because they are unable to solve anything. Their system shows that the tecnician has been handed the modem and is not updated. They say my account is not activated.
Etisalat as someone had complained has a monoply and one has no choice but to wait. read full review »

I came from Sydney to Beirut on emirates airline.
I arrived to Dubai on 18 august. I m waiting my flight in airport of Dubai to return to lebanon. Received a post card thinking it was from Delta Airlines. Went to seminar, and bought a travel membership Sept. 14, 2007. Tried to use service Sept. 27, 2007. Didn't get any communication until Oct. 3, 2007.
Since we had trouble right off the bat, we asked for our money back. But, we had been told at signup not to try to use membership until seven days had passed, it took that long to set up the membership.

Since, 6 weeks me bank had offered me a new credit card. Garantee chque, 6month bank statement and salary certificate are the documents were needed for applying for this visa. All documents were giving to the bank on 25th of June 08. After I came back from vacation, I asked me bank for my card. I have told that my documents were lost some were and they could not reached. I phoned 0097143160316 to complain, they gave me reference number. With promise to get back to me in two working days. this was last week.

I bought two Cruiser brand new watches from Hour choice and the very next day one of them found to be running late. Because of busy schedule I was able to contact them after three days only. Instead replacing them they took the watch to get it repaired. Al though I was ready to go for a high priced one with extra payment they objected as they told there is a scratch visible. The website looks very professional, beware I think the same owner has multiple sites and just shuts them down when they run dry. An almost exact website was posted but the difference was the 'cash only' should be sent to China instead of Dubai. Beware if it sounds too good to be true, most likely it IS! Once you send your cash, you will never hear from them again,
they will not reply to emails and there is no telephone number.

I cleared my credit card payment for over a year now for an amount of around AED 40 000 and i paid a big amount of interest. this was back in November 2007. We are in July almost and no clearance letter was received.
I called, the cal center, the branch and the recovery department but they all ignored my request.
